For those who have it, this game will also be shown on the NHL network here in the States.
I like the fact that they pulled Czarnik for Mangiapane. I think they're very comparable players in size, skill, AHL prowess, and lack of success to date in the NHL. I get the sense that the organization is going to keep one of these guys and move the other at some point in the future, so putting either/or in the lineup for comparison makes sense.
Czarnik may be skilled, but he really needs to elevate his compete level. He rarely wins puck battles and has a tough time keeping plays alive in the offensive zone, or getting the puck out of the defensive zone. If Mangiapane can prove effective in those regards and put up similar offensive chances (very doable) I wouldn't be shocked to see him steal Czarnik's spot in the lineup. If nothing else, this should push Czarnik to be harder to play against...one hopes.
