In today's game? You're forgetting all the advancements we have made since the long ago 1990s. Other than the invention of fire since then, you're forgetting he played at a time when players didn't even have bionic enhancements. Imagine a hockey game where players weren't shooting lazers from their eyes.
It's not like the 42 year old Jagr was still able to play in "today's game".
