I'm sure the poor countries will appreciate that. making it even more of an elitist games. if Calgary wants a new arena and a ring road, why should places like East Timor, Mongolia or Kovoso pay for it?
or on another note, if Russia wants to spend 50 billion for an Olympics, why should Canada pay a share of that inflated cost?
