Yeah, you appear to have missed that point too.
There is a lot of information available for people to use when forming an opinion. I like to use more info than the stat line, particularly that which gives a broader view of the situation, to inform my opinion.
Such as in this case items including linemates, ice time, deployment, etc.
That’s partly why I am the way I am, chum.
