Lindholm is such a smart player and really a treat to watch. Not a lot of weaknesses in his game.
Felt like Johnny deserved a goal today, he was flying around all night making some Oilers players look absolutely foolish. That hit from behind was egregious too, and I heard one of the commentators say that Johnny turned into the boards, that's BS because I have seen that called a penalty a hundred times. I also think he is a little banged up from that cross check he took to the ribs against a team I can't remember at the moment, maybe Chicago?

Even my friend who's an Oilers fan admitted it was a dirty hit on Gaudreau, and I didn't even prompt him!
And agreed, Elias Lindholm has been a revelation. He's quickly becoming a favourite. He works hard, his positioning his solid, he's clever, a good playmaker, and who knew that he has a hell of a release? Oh yeah, Treliving and the Flames' scouts did.
