Put one guy on McDavid as a shadow. Like white on rice. All game. Every shift. Even strength, pk, whatever. That guy gets in McDingleberry’s face every time he touches the ice. I don’t care what the situation is, what zone we’re in or who has the puck. Completely remove him from the equation. When McDavid is on the ice it’s basically 4 on 4. I’m talking Richard Sherman in his prime man to man coverage here.
Without him they have nothing.

I’ve preached for this last year too. You know who has the speed? Bennett. And since he seemingly doesn’t score anyways, why not just have him skate around shadowing Mcdip and annoying the hell out of him all game.
