The Canucks got hammered by the Wild, 6-2. The Canucks gave Markstrom a rest, Bachman was in net instead, and the Canucks PP sucked going 1 for 6. Koivu with 3 points.

The Coyotes with a bit of a surprise win over the Predators, 2-1 in reg time. Kuemper was a stud in goal for Arizona as he made 45 saves! Grabner scored another SHG for the Coyotes, this team is simply amazing on the PK and were 5 for 5 on the PK.

The Devils defeated the Flyers 3-0. Blake Coleman had 3 points, Kinkaid's 29 save SHUTOUT, and the Devils PK was 4 for 4. Elliot was injured on the Devils 3rd goal and left the game.

The BJs were down 2-0 after the 1st period and then went on to maul the Panthers 7-3. The Panthers had the edge in shots, 43-37,but Korpisalo played well in net for the BJs making 40 saves. Atkinson with a SHG for Columbus.

The Lightning had to use their back up goalie with Vasilevskiy out for a while with a broken foot. Domingue made 28 saves in the 4-3 win in reg time over the Penguins. Crosby did not play as he has an upper body injury.

The Rangers-Islanders played retro hockey as the Isles won 7-5 in the back and forth game. Lundqvist was pulled after he let in 5 goals on 17 shots. The Rangers out shot the Isles 41-23.

The Senators can thank Anderson for getting the 2-1 reg win as he stopped 2 Red Wings penalty shots in the 3rd period. The Senators 3 straight power play chances and couldn't score including a 52 second 5 on 3 PP.

The Leafs are playing well on their California road trip as they beat the Sharks 5-3. Andersen made 42 saves in the win as the Sharks out shot the Leafs 15-5 in the 3rd period. Kasperi Kapanen scored 2 goals including a SHG which was the GWG in the 2nd period. The Leafs were trailing 3-2 after the 1st period.
