Advocating long term management and coaching is great if you have the right coach. Gulutzan wasnt that coach and Jiri (and maybe you) by that extension have a poor grasp on the game.
Different opinions arent a bad thing but it's better to remain silent and thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.
