If so, and if the margins being reported on the first 80,000 votes are right (63% no) then I suspect this thing is just about over.
I'm not a math wiz, so this is probably wrong, but I think this means that NO currently leads by about 20,000 votes (50,000 to 30,000 using round numbers).
If so, and assuming about 200,000 votes to be counted, YES needs to be getting at least 55% of the remaining votes. That is a tall order.
