With all the stuff going on around him health and estate wise, I feel like this has been coming for quite some time and I thought that lead up would be make it easier for me to stomach but nope, still feel like I got punched in the gut when I read it.


What this man created and help create has been a major part of my life. He created a world and characters that help me escape the daily troubles of real life. He gave a spark to my young imagination that I've managed to keep and use all the way into my 30s. His legacy is going to be there for all to read and see. Tens of thousands of comics, dozens of cartoons and TV shows and dozens movies. Not just ones he made either, there have been and will be people who write movies, tv shows and other comics that got that same inspiration that I got and decided to turn it into a career.
