There will most-likely be no at-venue parking anywhere for the Olympics (for security reasons and to allow for those sorts of public plazas around the venues). To get to any event, you'll likely have to take either regular public transit, or park at a central location and take Olympic shuttles to the venues.
For the McMahon "cluster", the closest public parking will likely be at the Brentwood C-Train station. The parking lots at SAIT and the University will also likely be available since classes will most-likely be cancelled during the two weeks of the Games. Depending on what development happens over the next 7.5 years, the parking lot by the old Sears at North Hill could also be available for C-Train access.
After the Games, the public plazas will be removed, and McMahon parking will return to business as usual.
It's really no different than what was done for the Heritage Classic, except on a much-larger scale.
