Default Gaudreau's diet is terrible

Yesterday on HNIC after hours Monahan talked about both his own and Johnny's poor eating habits. But it was the extremes of Johnny that really stuck out to me.

Before we get into that lets look at some of the history of Johnny's poor eating habits. We'll start with a quote from his former USHL coach, Jim Montgomery

There is also that interview with Cabbie from TSN with a direct quote from Johnny
Gaudreau -
Quote:
"I don't eat vegetables"
Another quote from Johnny
Quote:
"When I was in college I’d just get ham and cheese on, like, wheat bread,” Gaudreau admitted sheepishly with a chuckle. “I’d take it to the locker room and eat it. I’d eat it seven days a week, every day. Before practice, I’d come in with my ham-and-cheese sandwich."
Johnny on eating new foods on the China trip -
Quote:
"I’ll probably stick more to my diet,” Gaudreau said, chuckling. “I’m a pretty picky eater, so I’ll probably just stick to pasta, chicken and rice. But maybe I’ll try some different food, who knows."
Bennett has also been quoted as saying Gaudreau has the worst eating habits on the team.

Which finally brings us to what Monahan said yesterday.

Monahan said they're both picky eaters. They have a routine where they both order a plain cheese pizza after road games.

Johnny was apparently invited to Sean Kelso for dinner and he declined saying
Quote:
"There is nothing you could possibly make me that I could eat"
Monahan then said
Quote:
"He likes his pasta, doesn't want any sauce on it, just butter"

Can you imagine if this guy ate better?
