So, not to derail completely, but a fun history behind this (which you may or may not already know):
This clip is from a Belgian (Dutch language) satirical Sketch show called In de Gloria “In the glory;”this clip is from a sketch where a famous talk show host looks back on the moment that “got him fired.” One of the interviewees has a comically high, squeaky voice due to a failed tonsillectomy, and the guy can’t contain his laughter.
I grew up in Belgium until I was 11, and Tom Van Dyck (playing “Erik Hartman,” the host) was a legend on Belgian tv. Some US networks picked up the skit a while back and thought it was actually real.
