I don't think that 12 candidates in the whole province can really be considered everywhere. I know you said out in the country, but there's got to be more than 12 rural ridings (Maybe there is only 12). Either way, the seperatists can't really be considered everywhere rural or otherwise with only 12 candidates for 83 seats.
