[Yamer]

As some of you may have read in the PGT from Thursday night, I finally received a job offer. I started yesterday, but it's still kind of surreal to know I am actually employed.

It's not exactly what I was looking for, and it's not really in my field, but it's a brand new government contract position that has serious potential to evolve. And most importantly, it's work. I don't have to be jealous of everyone else now!

Thank you to everyone for the support and advice. I didn't really expect that level of knowledge or that this thread would be such a helpful resource. I hope it continues on, and I hope anyone who is freshly unemployed or has been frustrated with the process for a while can get what they need from here.
