Neither guys have looked out of place in the NHL so they both need to stay up. Valimaki is playing the hardest position to break into and hasn't looked like a rookie, while Dube certainly isn't scoring at a rate that Monahan was as a rookie, but Dube also isn't hurting the team and in fact, is creating opportunities as a rookie. Dube is just having some trouble bearing down which is not a problem for a rookie. Both players are learning more playing every game with the NHL club than they would in the AHL.
