It is Delta's primary hub. That's an awesome connection to have as Delta has a ton of international flights which go out of Atlanta, including Johannesburg.
It becomes a great way to go to many places: Panama City, Rio De Janeiro, many Caribbean destinations, many Mexico destinations, many other South American cities, too.
