He needs to do something meaningful. This is where Darryl Sutter shines. He knows how to take advantages of emotions to get his message across. You will play hard or you will not play. This is the battleground. This is the hill to die on.

Darryl Sutter would have been asking in Montreal why we gave up 3 goals when we scored more then enough to win. He didn't tolerate his teams being outworked, or his goaltender's playing average or below average. If the team was playing well defensively he wouldn't let the goalie off the hook and vice versa. There was no excuses with Sutter, if your top line didn't outplay the other team at both ends of the ice they would hear about it. Sutter seemed to have a very strong pulse on the team. That said I think Peters is a good coach and can get this figured out. Still my preference was for BT to get go with an experienced coach like Sutter instead of swinging for the fences.
