Personal preference, I guess. I'm aware of the issues. I guess I don't sweat that much. Int'l level is obviously cooler than transborder upstairs... but out on the ends of the piers it's definitely fine. The trouble area is pretty confined... and most of that is pretty hyperbolic as usual and actually not even true upon second read.
