The companies banning it outright, even for people in safety sensitive positions are just asking for a court challenge. I don't think it's a tenable position long term.

It will be interesting to see how it all plays out. I'm all for treating it like alcohol and being fit for duty but what I did 2 weeks prior on my days off shouldn't matter
