I was instructed to keep a diary, which I started from the day that I asked for the raise. There is likely enough there to work with if I decide to go that way, but the company would fight it tooth and nail. I'm not sure if the cost/benefit is worth it.

My days are numbered there, but my disappointment is epic. I'm a proven moneymaker in my position, and it means nothing. Not even a subtle brag. I'm good at what I do.
