However, Skjei drops his gloves immediately, he should definitely get an instigator and a fighting major, and the automatic suspension that comes with the instigator. Again, fighting majors do not have to be given to both teams, the can just be given to one player (I.e the Bourque example above). One could argue that Skjei could get another penalty - holding or interference, because Andersson didn’t have the puck as was being grabbed.

I thought at the time that that was a potential call, but if you watch the overhead replay, Sjkei never throws a punch. There's no call for fighting there, so no aggressor penalty or game misconduct either. It probably should have been a double minor for roughing, and honestly, both Gio and Zuckarello should have gotten slashing minors. If those had been the calls, then the end result would still have been the same: Flames get a goal and a two minute powerplay.
