My client is selling a medium-sized mechanical contracting company in Calgary. He needs the business valued.

I know that some accountants hang out here. Is there someone who can do this or can provide a referral. Feel free to private message me or post here as appropriate. I’m interested in knowing the process as well as an idea of time required and cost, if that’s possible. Process anyway as the other two may be hard to gauge.
