Me too, absolutely.

I think people need to chill out and give them at least a few more games before we make any serious judgments about Smith or the team.
From my perspective, the team has looked pretty damn solid for the most part and they've held their own against one of the top elite teams in the league over two games vs the Preds, and looked dominant against a very good Bruins team. They also played a fantastic game against Colorado last weekend. Sure, there have been some defensive lapses, the PP has been uneven, and the goaltending has been somewhat shoddy. But I still have faith that these kinks will work themselves out sooner than later.
Smith will likely get the start again on Sunday against the Rangers. If he craps the bed, then maybe Peters gives Rittich a chance to take the ball and run with it for a few games. I thought he played very well in his previous start.

They have looked solid, in almost every aspect but goaltending. If we had Vasilevskiy, Gibson or Varlamov our record is probably 6-1, possibly 7-0. Maybe smith is just off to a slow start but losing points early in the season is the same as losing points late in the season. How long do you continue to let Smith struggle to find his game while picking up losses that could’ve otherwise been wins?

You really think all those goalies would've put up a GAA under 2.5 in Arizona for 5 years? Not a chance.
For Smith to even begin putting up the numbers those goalies have, first thing he needs is a better team in front of him.

2.50 GAA is a pretty loose standard, so yes, I think all 4 of those guys have better numbers than Smith had on those Phoenix teams. Hell, Arizona is currently last in the west but has goalies with a GAA of 2.03 and 1.97.
