The BJs spanked the Flyers 6-3. It doesn't matter who's in net for Philly, Pickard was the goalie and was in net for all 6 goals on 28 shots. Atkinson with 2 goals and both of them assisted by Panarin.

The Lightning beat Detroit 3-1. The Red Wings weren't as dreadful as they have been. Stamkos with the GWG in the 2nd period.

The Sharks pounded the Sabres 5-1. Special teams is what separated the two teams. Poor penalty killing by the Sabes as the Sharks were 3 for 7 on the PP. Great PK by the Sharks as the Sabres went 0 for 5 on the PP. San Jose out shot Buffalo 40-25.

The Kings were brutal on home ice in the 3rd period. The Kings scored to make it close, 3-2 for the Islanders and then the Islanders took it to them with 4 goals in less than nine minutes. Filpula with 3 points including a SHG. Back to back games for the Isles sure didn't hurt them.

The Penguins win 3-0 over the Leafs. Matt Murray with the 38 save SHUTOUT and Malkin with 3 points.

The Avs get the surprise win on the road against the Devils. Landeskog was a stud getting the natural hat trick including the GTG and then the GWG late in the 3rd period. Hall was in all of the Devils goals.
