Like I said, I don't have a ton of experience with this kind of thing, I don't often burn media to any type of CD but I don't think burning straight from the file is the way to go. I'm sure Windows will have some type of wizard in it that will assist you with burning files to a cd that may work out better for you.
Going over to good ol Enland shouldn't make any difference. Assuming of course they have a more recent DVD player. But if push comes to shove, the could just look at the images on their computer.

Well the person i'm sending it to has a newer DVD player than 2002 so i hope it's just mine it dosen't work on...as i was just testing to see if it worked.
But the problem is, my brother also sent a disk over a few months ago and it did not pick up the cd....but they have saw pictures on the tv from their DVD player in the past so it can't be the issue of an old dvd player....so i figure it's the way i'm burning.
Anyways i've downloaded a trial version of Nero Burning and i'm going to try to see if there is an option for a "Picutre" cd" or something.
At this rate, there will be 3 of the same disks making the journey lol
Thanks for all replys and help--much appreciated.
