The biggest stumbling block with that, as always, will be their desire to tax the hell out of the product so they make huge bank off it.
i have read that a package of cigarettes cost less than $2 to produce and sell....yet you go to the store and they exceed $12. We all know the same goes for booze. I expect no less in concern to another controlled substance...why would it be different?
The black market on tobacco has never been as large as it is today, and with an existing industry already established in regards to weed, there will be very little effect on it IMO unless prices are comparable.
