It would not be hard at all to gather info before hand of people who have bought pot and have had pot sent to their homes. It's definitely a concern. Assuming that the CBP is going to spend the time, effort and money to go to every US CC issuer and demand the records for something like 70 million Canadian credit cards for the past however many years, turn billions of records into a searchable database using every way that a pot purchase shows up and then keep spending money to add hundreds of millions of records a month to their database, then yes, there is a concern.
