In fact, this is ALMOST what Grammy is doing for the Lifetime Achievement Award for any musician (no fan vote though). RRHOF's process is exactly opposite to objective - it's a privately controlled organization, where decisions are made by a very small group of people.

Yeah, it should be called Jann Wenner's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It's crazy to me that anyone gives it any credibility.
