If it was anyone but Pettersson its a 2 minute penalty at worst. Because its on a young kid that looks like an awesome player, its omg bring out the hang man's noose and give him 20 games.

I don't see it as anywhere near suspension worthy. The slashes on Johnny's hands for example were far worse and there were no suspensions there.
