These players are professionals and should be ready. They aren't ready in too many games and it's costing us again this season. The 1 win in the last 15 season openers is another example.
So If Giordano gets a pass, and:
We've switched coaches
Moved veterans
Changed letters on the assistants
Please tell me what the solution is?
Or at least the other factors before you think we should start looking at Giordano?

Night and day difference between this team and GG team when he first came in. Despite the 500 record, I have enjoyed watching this team and don't have concerns that it is being mismanaged and when things are slow as it was for a period in the St Louis game, all game in game 1 and 3 minutes tonight, it falls on the players unlike previous years.
