-bottom two defence pairings changed up to have veteran with rookie and rookie with veteran (if you can call Hanifin a veteran, which I would because of GP)

We asked for a general and if being a general means making tough, leadership decisions, I think we have a general.

I would add putting Lindholm on the top line and Neal on the 3rd. While I am not too concerned about Neal, Lindholm has certainly earned that position so far, despite it being an unpopular decision amongst general hockey fans, eg: SportsNet.
It's not just his changed decisions that I like, but also the times he stuck to his guns.
