He was never brought in to be an offensive guy...that was known prior to acquisition.
I disagree he is "very average" defensively as well. Brodie was an anchor last year, and Hamonic was a victim in that regard.
This year? Just look how confident Hanifin is to join the rush and pinch deep when the opportunity exists. Hamonic has his back to do so, and NH knows it.
Stone is providing that to some extent as well, but once/if TH gets back and healthy and those two get a nice stretch of games together, I think we see that pairing flourish.
