I totally get it, but he's still awesome. Unfortunately, his colour guy, Andy Brickley, really isn't very good. There are a number of teams like this, where one or the other guy really carries the broadcast - Rick Jeanneret and Rob Ray are pretty decent, but it's mostly on Jeanneret's shoulders (and obviously this is getting close to Bob Cole territory as Jeanneret's not what he used to be). Carolina's broadcast has always been good, but again, that's mostly because of Forslund.

I also echo the earlier statements about Cuthbert / Ferraro, but I also like Miller / Ferraro. Even McLennan is pretty good, though Ferraro is definitely better. TSN in general is such a breath of fresh air when you get to the WJHC and go, "ahhh, there's the good stuff I was missing".

Unfortunately, arguably the best tandem in the league was lost when Dave Strader passed away of cancer a while back. He and Reaugh were fantastic. I think that's probably the best one in recent memory.
