Call me crazy but I don't want the Flames to trade any of Bennett, Gaudreau, Monahan, Tkachuk, Lindholm, Jankowski, Dube or Czarnik as young players up front. Backlund and Neal are valuable older players as well.
I get we may need to trade something to solidify our future in net but I'd be very cautious on what.
I know they are not valuable enough to aquire a solution in net but if we needed to make room in the forward ranks I'd sooner move on from Frolik or possibly Ryan before any of the other younger or core older guys.
Bennett will find his game I'm sure, and as Trevling once said some players help you make the playoffs and some player help you win in the playoffs, both are important.
