He could probably use a good goalie coach to help him refine his game and tighten up his positioning. He is incredibly athletic and has been able to rely on that athleticism in junior, but the pro level is a different monster. I know people around here don't have much faith in Jordan Sigalet; the goalie coach in Stockton is Colin Zulianello:

According to his bio he's worked with Matt Murray and Carter Hutton so hopefully he's able to refine Parsons' game in Stockton this year. Aside from being slightly undersized, Parsons has all the tools and has proven himself in high pressure competition.
