Top 5 (in no particular order:
Sharks
Lightning
Jets
Pens
Leafs

Honorable mention: Flames, I think we are going to have a great season and surprise a lot of people (a lot depends on goalie keeping, if Smith can play to the level he played at last year for the whole season, I think we are in good shape).

Bottom 5:
Habs
Sens
Coyotes
Canucks
Hurricanes

Honorable mention: Hawks, they are just not better than last season.

I think the Sabres are going to move up in the standings and be better this season, mainly because I think the Habs and Sens are going to be way worse. I don't think the Coyotes are any better this year, the Canucks are just too young and their goalie isn't good enough to keep them in games on his own. I think they Canes lost a lot in Lindholm and Hanifin.
