If you talk to the Oilers office, and see if they can accommodate you if you are able to have the picture dropped off. I used to drive by it a few times a week when I first moved here.
There are a few of us who live in Edmonton that might be able to help out.
I will ask the guys at work if they have any connections....have a few guys who have mentioned they know staff.
