Any Bearspaw members want to chime in regarding what you are being told the next 5-10 years will look like regarding the clubhouse assessments? I have been told (by the club) to budget 700-1000 per year for the next 5-10 years. Accurate?
Once complete, Bearspaw will have a new clubhouse, new shortcake area, and full grass range with real golf balls. Have to admit... the practise facilities are a big draw for me.

Silver Springs takes a back seat to Bearspaw in this regard. Although plans to upgrade the short game area are in the works. Driving range will never change to real balls.
