It's going to be a tough battle for you to help her or convince her she needs help. I would contact a therapist to see if they can get a close diagnosis based on what you tell them, and help put together an actionable plan.

I was going to say the same thing but then wondered if she was heavily into conspiracy theories. My sister once dated a guy who believed the moon landing was faked and the same with 9/11 Pentagon attack. He would go into great detail as to why he thought this was true. The more you argued with him the more animated the discussion would get. She eventually dumped him, much to the relief of the rest of the family.
