She improved in the second, half, but she's been pretty poor in terms of spending. She bailed on the wine boycott too soon, and sat on her hands a bit too much on the Pipeline file. She was let down by blundering fools like Ceci and the rest of her cabinet.
She's leaving us with a massive debt load, she looks like a fool on the carbon tax and social license side of things.
She threw a ton of uncertainty into the provinces key sector right off the hop.
Realistically all she had was a month of tough words.
Her party is going to get absolutely devastated in the next election. Yeah, I'd still take Klein even though Ralph went insane in the end. But its easy to say that she's better then Stelmach and Redford, they were as bad as it gets.
