His KHL contract will be done in April 30, 2019 unless he has some kind of out or is bought out before then.

Had 22g 14a in 53 games last season.

He will still be under the ELC system.

Note: This is not the same Vladimir Tkachyov that signed with the Oilers that the NHL ended up voiding the contract.
