Anyway, I still don't think it's very good, and it's definitely one of the weaker films in the franchise. But I was actually surprised by how much I enjoyed the first 45 minutes or so.
Moments I liked:
The reunion of Kirk, Bones, and Spock.
The crew's reaction when Spock comes aboard the ship unannounced and returns to his post like no time has passed.
The sexy, gratuitous cheesecake shots of the Enterprise as she prepares to leave space dock.
The final 20 minutes of the film when they discover the Voyager 6.
Also, I completely forgot that TNG borrowed their theme music from this flick.

It was still an unapologetically terrible film.
Somewhere there is a Hobby store owner who sold a ton of crap to them for that movie that is sipping tequila on a luxurious beach somewhere for grifting them on that film.
