I liked the cell phone hawking bit, just more proof that Jimmy can't seem to take the regular job with an easy paycheck, he always has to be hustling or scamming for a quick buck, kind of like a adrenaline addiction. When he got out of the car to sell to the bikers he knew it was a bad idea but he just couldn't resist the urge to make the impossible sale. After he sold the phones he should have known better than to hang out with a pocket full of cash but he had to celebrate his moment munching a hot dog. This to me is all little bricks in the wall that lead to the creation of Saul.
I also liked the Gus/Mike part. The first guy was all "no problem, yes" and he gets dumped off with a plane ticket. I've dealt with lots of people like that who promise the moon but you know they are full of crap.
