Sorry Thor - I had to do some research, as your bolded statement surprised me... I had never heard of 'intersex infants' and googled it.
My research indicates the following:
- the medical community sees about 1 'intersex' birth per 2,000 births
- Iceland had 4,000 births last year
I am curious as to why Iceland has a month-long parliamentary hearing for something that literally effects ~2 people a year?
