I don't have a preference to either OS, but people forget how many Windows systems are out there, so obviously alot more issues will be made publicly known. On the other hand, MAC's had a huge vulnerability in their OS X, first release, and a buddy of mine that lives in Canmore has a shop fixing Mac's is making a killing. He says that when a Mac goes bad it never comes back.

I guess it all depends on individual experience.
