He just left so much to be desired during his callup to the big team. Hate being pessimistic, but I'm afraid he'll be another Kris Kolanos type that just can't figure out the NHL game.
On the other hand, I think Foo will be able to figure it out and stick as a middle 6 forward.
I'm pretty excited to see how the future unfolds with the top three defensive prospects.

Dube is the biggest given to me.
Mangiapane and Foo have different issues. Mangipane has size to battle, but I wouldn't right him off for his stint on a fourth line with no opportunity. Foo looked good in the four games but those late season games are always tough metrics. His issue is age, and getting it done soon or not at all.
