Phillips is also ranked a lot lower here, which to me seems like a bet against him making the NHL. Phillips to me is a guy who could be a high skill player who produces, or struggle in the AHL, such as huge boom/bust potential, but the kind of pick you make where he was selected.

Until proven otherwise I see Czarnik in the Foo category, but with more experience. He's older, came from College and has less upside than the younger prospects that can still develop further up the roster.
