Not much to argue about except the two new additions.

1. If you're going to include Czarnik, he should be higher IMO. I think he is a similar level to Andersson (same level of likelihood of NHL, but maybe a little less upside). I think he slots in after Dube.

2. Rychel. Having him 17th behind Joly suggests that he will almost certainly never see the NHL. Which is bizarre considering that, not only has he already played 41 games, but in all likelihood, he is still in Calgary on the 14 man roster when the music stops. I think he should probably slot in at #10, behind Gillies.
