As has been discussed here. It's very similar to sports. There's training in posture, make-up, hair, camera angles, clothes, fashion, speaking, listening, friendliness...everything.

Boys and girls are born with faces that are either symmetrical or not and collarbones that are either weird or normal. No amount of training will change a person's bone structure.
Are you advocating for plastic surgery then for someone who wants to be a pagent contestant but isn't quite right? Because there is no way to train your face to not have the shape it does.
